HIIT Yoga workouts at the pool
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45 am
Starts June 4th and ends August 29th
45-minute classes lead by an instructor. No equipment needed. Bring a yoga mat if you would like. Workouts will be designed for all ages and skill levels to work up a good sweat, burn lots of calories and help tone the body!
$119 for the season, $15 for 1 session, $5 for a guest
