Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
When is the pool open?
The pool opens for the season on May 25th and closes for the season on September 10th. Pool hours vary, so check out our calendar here.
What is your caregiver policy?
Caregivers are additional non-household members (babysitter, grandparent, parent, etc.) who does not reside at the same address as the family. All family memberships include one free caregiver. Additional caregivers can be added to your account for a fee of $75/each.
Caregivers are allowed to bring the families children to the pool without the parents present.
What is your check-in process? Do you require key-fobs or codes?
Our check-in process is simple. No key fobs or codes are required. Upon entry to the pool, members are required to provide their names to the attendant, and they will be logged into the system. All members will have their photos in the system, so if you haven’t had your photo taken, you’ll be asked to take your photo upon your first visit.
How do I purchase guest passes?
You can purchase guest passes by logging into your account from our website and going to the payments page from the menu near the top left of the page. Select the number of guest credits desired and complete your purchase. Your account will show how many credits you currently have.
Guest credits are $5 each. One credit is required for pool entry during weekdays (Monday – Thursday) and two credits are required for pool entry during weekends (Friday – Sunday).
As an alternative, you can always purchase guest passes at the pool when you are at the gate to check-in. The attendant will be able to help complete the purchase. At the pool we only accept Venmo for payment.
Members cannot bring the same guest to visit the club more than 5 times.
Please note that guest passes are not meant to be an alternative to paying for a membership; therefore, you cannot purchase guest passes for people living in the same household. We would ask that you add that household member to your membership.
Guests must be accompanied by a pool member.
Can non-members host a party at the pool?
Yes, please see details on our party & groups page. Non-members will be charged a premium and will be subject to follow all the same rules as club members.
Can non-members purchase swim lessons.

My child wants to join the swim team, but our family won’t use the pool other than for swim team events. Do you provide swim team only memberships?
Tri-County Swim League rules require all swim team members to be full members of the pool, which means they are required to sign up for one of our family memberships. Also, please note that for all memberships, the primary member must be 18 or over.
Do you have weekend only or month-to-month memberships?
We do not currently offer weekend only or month-to-month memberships.
