LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP OFFER
Lifetime Membership Purpose
Voorhees Swim Club intends to raise funds for the local community private swim club by offering up to ten lifetime family memberships through an auction to offset the $61,000 tax lien on the Voorhees Swim Club Property and Assets. Any funds received above required payment for tax lien will be used to help offset other debts owed by the club and shall not be designated for operating expenses. The goal of this offer is to ensure that the tax lien can be paid off to mitigate the risk of sale of the club property and assets.

FAQs
- How will you collect payment? We’ve selected manual payment for this auction. Winners will be notified via email through the platform. DO NOT PAY through the platform. We ask that all winners place their check for the winning amount to Voorhees Swim Club in the secure mail box located at 8 Forrest Hills Dr. The mailbox is on Forrest Hills Dr adjacent to the driveway access to the club.
- Are there any time limits between bids? Will the auction time out before auction close? There is no time limit between bids. You can place a bid immediately after being outbid. Likewise, if you have the highest bid there’s no time limit preventing people from bidding on top of your bid. The only time limit is when the auction closes. The platform recommendation is to encourage potential bidders to bid early and often to get the auction value to a market price that will allow the winning be to be sustained until the auction close. They discourage avoiding last minute bid wars before the auction close because you may not win the item if someone outbids you just before auction close.
- How do I know which Lifetime Membership to bid on? We recommend using the sort feature to list the item with the lowest bid first to the highest bid. We recommend bidding on the lowest priced bid.
- Can I bid on more than one membership? To prevent risk of winning more than one lifetime membership bid, we recommend to only bid on one item at a time. If you get outbid for an item, return to the auction and then choose an item to bid on next (can be the same or different, but we recommend bidding on the next lowest priced item).
- Do I need to provide any online payment information? No we recommend that you do not add any payment information online. You can sign up to be a bidder without adding your credit information. (see Bidder Profile Image Below)
- Am I required to cover processing fees? You are not required to cover processing fees and we recommend unselecting that option. (see Bidder Profile Image Below)
